Our History

Realizing the necessity of providing modern quality education, in the area where there were no other affiliated schools around and also to the not so well to do children, without any discrimination of caste, creed and religion, in the birthplace of the Founder, at affordable cost Dr. George P. Oommen, Ph.D(USA) established this school on 3rd June 1991 in little cottage named ‘Prince Redwood House’ at Ambalakadavu, ½ Km. away from the present location of the school, on the banks of the river ‘Kallada’ near to the Shastha Temple, only with L.K.G., U.K.G., and Class I with 24 students in all in a half acre campus.
In 1992 the school was upgraded upto Class V, and shifted to a magnificent 3 stored building, very near to the cottage, the building which was built by the Founder himself by his own efforts.
The school was shifted to the present campus of 8 acres in a spacious building, with all well equipped facilities in the year 1996.  And ever since the previous building at Ambalakadavu has been used for the charitable purposes of the community.
